Our client is looking to fill a temp-to-perm Receptionist role in Austin, TX. You will be supporting the Workplace team, which is responsible for managing office projects, repairs, day-to-day operations, health & safety, facilities, events and culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception desk and lobby
• Receive and sort mail, packages and deliveries, and ensure internal customer satisfaction
• Monitor office and kitchen supplies inventory and place orders as required
• Arrange catering and oversee restocking of supplies for pantries and conference rooms
• Respond to, track, and action employee requests via an internal ticketing system
• Work collaboratively with local teams on various events
• Help manage vendors for cleaning services, food service operations, and the repair and maintenance of equipment
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Qualifications:

• 2 years of administration, office coordination, and/or executive assistant experience
• Experience at a tech company is a plus
• Proficient user of technology as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, as well as administrative and financial controls
• Organization & follow-up
• Active communication
