Summary Of PositionThe Design Technology Specialist, supporting our Shared Operations team, is responsible for looking for inefficiencies throughout Core States Group, then develop, implement and support design-related recommendations/changes at the project level. Through collaboration with the Design Technology Lead, you will help define, develop, create, and deploy content, templates, and documentation. You will act as a discipline resource for Core States practices and tracking known issues.

Responsibilities
- Develop training material for automations and efficiency-driven content.
- Create/Develop Core States standards for Revit, AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Bluebeam.
- Assist project teams with project setup, Revit Families, Title Blocks and Details.
- Project 3D Design coordination and reporting.
- Meet with Design Technology Lead for project details, automations and overall corporate needs.
- Guide the market-based team around content development for client prototypes and standards.
- Work with project teams to identify and develop efficiencies to current and future project workflow processes.
- Maintain client related content in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Provide data-driven insights to Design Efficiency Analytics Team.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field
- Experience in the A/E/C industry
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Software Tools; AutoCAD, Civil3D (a plus), Revit, Bluebeam, BIM360
- Understanding of A/E/C documentation processes
- Fundamentals of Microsoft products
- AutoLISP/Dynamo knowledge a plus
Work Location:This is a hybrid role based out of one of the following offices; Bentonville, AR; Farmers Branch, TX; Minneapolis, MN; Naperville, IL; or St. Louis, MO. You me be required to travel up to 10% of the time to other offices.
