Job DescriptionThe Communications Representative will play a key role in managing both internal and external communications. This position is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
Pay Range: $1100 - $1350 weekly
Responsibilities Include
  • Content Creation: Develop and edit content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media, website updates, and internal communications.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, respond to media inquiries, and prepare media kits.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and press conferences.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a communications or public relations role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attributes: Creative thinker, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
