Job DescriptionThe Entry Level Customer Service Assistant will provide exceptional customer service support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is vital in maintaining the positive image of the company and building strong relationships with our clients.
Pay Range: $800 - $1150 weekly
Responsibilities Include
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Assist customers with resolving issues, providing solutions, and ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.
- Order Processing: Handle order processing, track shipments, and manage returns or exchanges as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to support the customer service team, such as updating customer databases and preparing reports.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience required, but internships or related experience are beneficial.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
