The Social Media Agent will assist in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, engaging with our audience, and supporting our overall marketing efforts. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in social media marketing.
Pay Range$1050 - $1350 weekly
Responsibilities
- Manage and create content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and respond to customer queries and feedback in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the success of marketing campaigns
- Stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate with our online community
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
