Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting end-to-end model operations for Corebridge's multi-asset class, multi-asset manager environment
Requires ability to understand sensitivity of models and cash flows to risk factors and scenarios, and ability to diagnose suspected or actual problems
Manage the day-to-day analytics needs of the CIO, Finance, Accounting, Risk, and Audit teams
Work with various internal and external portfolio managers and analytics teams to establish sensible model inputs into Aladdin to ensure integrity in financial outputs
Person Specification
15 years experience in analytics including familiarity with collateral modeling, macro factors, behavioral factors, real estate loan data, scenario generation and stress testing
Knowledge of a multitude of fixed income asset classes such as CML, RML, CLO, ABS, CMBS, RMBS, etc.
Knowledge of interest rate and exotic derivatives
Understanding of asset management, including: asset classes, front/middle/back office operations, market data, risk management and regulatory policies
Understanding of key financial metrics such as CECL, OTTI, KPI, NII, Book Yield, CDR, CPR, PD, LGD, Reserves, etc.
Ability to do deep dives into internal and vendor models to perform diagnostics
