We are looking for a Clinic Manager to join our Germantown, MD location. The Manager's main responsibility is managing the patient's experience, care, outcomes, and retention. This role is charged with shepherding the patient through their journey with empathy, compassion, and care while setting clear and defined expectations and holding the patient accountable to ensure success. Additional responsibilities include the management and oversight of the clinical, administrative, and exercise teams and achieving all KPIs including sustainable growth of the clinic.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a health or management-related field
• 3- 5 years of leadership experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Passion for changing lives, one patient at a time
• Embodies servant leadership
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and adaptability skills
