Details:

• $23.27 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract - 4 months
• Hybrid in Minneapolis MN

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work expereince
• Some knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
• Basic knowledge of regulatory and accounting principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet established deadlines in a dynamic teamwork environment
• Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:

• Supporting account administrators with asset setups
• Resolving accounting breaks.
• Physical assets setups which will require close attention to detail, accuracy, and manual data entry
• Researching and resolving any reconciliation breaks that have been identified by our fund accounting teams
• These tasks will require strong analytical, organization, and communication skills
