QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years experience COMMERCIAL HVAC estimating
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (or demonstrated equivalent HVAC experience)
- Experience in a variety of project types, medical experience is preferred
- Must work well in a team environment
- Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) in order to effectively communicate with our team and GC's
- HVAC and Piping experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good Time management, Verbal and written communication skills are a must
- QuickPen is a preferred skill, but we are willing to train
- Must be detail orientated and self motivated
