CoreWeave is experiencing a crucial growth phase, and this role is vital for executing projects and initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers. You will work closely with our growth leaders to manage essential, go-to-market and cross-functional projects across the organization. In this position, you'll collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to achieve our ambitious growth objectives. This key role will provide you with a unique opportunity to influence CW's comprehensive growth strategy across all functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform product development and positioning.
  • Define target markets and customer segments.
  • Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Participate in the development of sales tools, training materials, and presentations to enable the GTM organization.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives.
  • Spearhead special projects and strategic initiatives for the GTM organization.
  • Own relationships with external research groups
  • Source external data

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and/or operations / strategy at a fast-growing startup
  • You have a "get things done" mentality; you can dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy and strategic mindset
  • You are resourceful, have a strong willingness to learn, and can pick up new skills where needed
  • You are creative and can see how the pieces of a complex problem fit together; you feel comfortable challenging assumptions when they are not well-based
  • You like to build - you enjoy the process of going from problem to solution regardless of the medium
  • You have an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • You have a team-first mentality and communication skills that allow you to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals
  • You're a master with data analysis, and have an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $185,000-$220,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Hybrid Workplace

Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters within their first several weeks of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.
