Overview

Corgan seeks a Project Manager to join the firm in our Austin office location to lead projects and project pursuits in our Commercial Market Sector with a focus on Multifamily. Our firm offers unique opportunities for both personal and professional growth by offering a wide-range of project responsibilities and team leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Dynamic individual will manage projects in our Commercial Studio, provide leadership to staff, deliver packages and ensure client satisfaction. Candidate will also be expected to collaborate and strategize with other leadership on project pursuits to maintain existing client relationships and establish new business.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate must have strong leadership and project management skills, demonstrated business development success and confident presentation skills. Candidate should have experience with regular and successful interaction with a variety of clients, possess a flexible attitude, and the ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration in a team environment. Candidate must also demonstrate strong organizational, time management and communication skills.

A professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture is required, along with 10 years experience and professional registration. Commercial experience in the Austin area highly desired. Familiarity with Revit and other graphics-related programs desired. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or other 3-D modeling programs and LEED accreditation strongly preferred. Qualified candidates should exhibit a strong aptitude for business development, strategic leadership skills, and high self-motivation. Must have convincing conceptual design skills as well as an entrepreneurial spirit.
