Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need of medical assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care

Experience:
- Previous experience in senior care, working with people with developmental disabilities, or home care is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and protocols
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
- Experience in caregiving, including experience with children or behavioral health patients is a plus

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
