Corium Innovations is seeking a Pharmaceutical Machine Operator for weekend night shifts who will set up and operate extrusion and web equipment to meet cGMP, customer, and internal quality standards. This position maintains accurate production documentation, following cGMP and company policies, to ensure the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
Accurately complete all required batch record production documentation.
Ensure production crew is on task and focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
Perform inventory material transactions.
Communicate with Crew Leaders, Shift Leaders, and Maintenance personnel with regards to process and equipment related issues.
Clean equipment and facilities.
Identify safety, quality, and productivity improvement opportunities.
Train other operators in the operation and troubleshooting of equipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment – preferred (but willing to train!).
Ability to work 3x12 hour weekend night shifts (6pm – 6am).
