Food & Beverage Sales Coordinator

The Food and Beverage Sales Coordinator position is critical at A'BriTin. This position creates meaningful connections with clients and brings their events to life. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, competitive, have a positive outlook, and enjoy interacting with others. Even if you don't have direct experience, A'BriTin will train someone motivated and enthusiastic.

  • Foster a trusting relationship with clients to establish a strong rapport.
  • Adhere to weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets and work towards exceeding them.
  • Seek new business opportunities like corporate events, residential gatherings, weddings, and galas.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all clients according to company standards; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Manage client tastings and keep in touch with them to inform them of any updates leading up to the event.
  • Understand and communicate the company's products and services effectively to clients.
  • Handle client payments with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process, such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Respond to all leads promptly and serve as clients' primary point of contact, addressing their inquiries and requests through phone and email.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing, and follow proper etiquette when answering phone calls.
  • Utilize sales techniques that help maximize revenue.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Must be able to multi-task and be self-motivated.
  • Handle multiple clients and menus efficiently to ensure successful events!

Additional Notes:

  • Able to lift and push 25 pounds.
  • Travel up to 15% (within the state of MN)

Salary: $55,000 commission.
