• $18 Per Hour plus the items outlined below.
• Commission - 5% of any Full Service Catering Sales
• Schedule - 15 to 20 hours. This could change (increase) as needed for additional catering support.
• Auto Allowance - .54 per mile Business auto reimbursement or use of Corky's vehicle
• Phone - $50 per month allowance Report

• This position will report directly to the General Manager/Operating Partner.
• Call/Visit local businesses, hotels, schools bi-weekly - dropping off menus and food. Responsible for pursuing and gaining new catering & large bulk order business. Utilize database for follow-ups and update the database as needed.
• Utilize /improve existing quotes, follow-up letters and scripts.
• Track progress in Catering System/spreadsheets.
• Offer to deliver or serve in our Pig Pen a free sampling of our food (i.e. lunch for 8) to potential new business.
• Paperwork - need to utilize current, develop new and oversee all aspects of catering paperwork.
• All systems need to be made electronic i.e. quotes, follow - up letters, etc...
• Work with operation partner on marketing the catering business.
• Work closely/clearly communicate with catering captains & operating partner
• Lead a weekly update meeting - log sheet weekly.
• Need to communicate clearly with management team about all catering and bulk orders.
• Ensure and maintain all catering leads using tripleseat software. On the day of the catering (if need their assistance):
• Assist the team at some caterings - set -up through clean up.
• Lead contact with the company placing the catering order. Within 3 days after each catering:
• Send a 'Thank You' letter and follow up with a phone call.
• Track activity in catering system.

• Previous experience in catering sales or related role ideal.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• knowledgeable of hospitality and catering business.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to drive locally.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft word, Excel and navigating online to source and communicate as needed.
