Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring food is properly prepared and served to the guest.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Manages ticket times and speed of service
•Communicates with line employees to ensure order accuracy
•Returns food made improperly or not to temperature spec
•Pull bread wrap
•Prepares food (soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wrap pickles, bread, etc.)
•Stocks and sets the expo line throughout the shift
•Prepares trays
•Cooks soups
•Friendly, smiling, takes appropriate action at guest requests
•Supports and promotes company initiatives
Secondary Functions; Cashier, Catering Delivery

•Maintain abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
•Check bathrooms
•Bus tables
•Cleaning, mopping and sweeping as assigned
•Takes catering deliveries
Job Specifications and Requirements:
•High School diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same.
•Must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers’ license with insurance (now or when eligible to drive for CBC)
•State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as applicable
•Preferably a minimum of 3 months work experience in a guest service capacity. Restaurant or retail environment preferred
•Possess strong guest service and communication skills.
•Organized and detail oriented.
•Computer literate; proficient in use of POS – Point of Sale systems.
•Must be able to read, write and speak English
•Must be proficient in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
