As a leader in our community and with the business continuing to grow, we are looking to add a detail oriented Sales Operations Manager to our team.
What You Will Do:
- Willing to travel throughout the designated region to ensure that all areas and/or locations are in full compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Prepares recommendations designed to increase efficiency and revenues and lower costs for management evaluation.
- Directs compliance of workers with established company policies, procedures, and standards such as safekeeping of funds and tickets, personnel employment and grievance practices, and enforcement of government regulations.
- Reviews operational records and reports and refers to manuals, company instructions, and government regulations to detect deviations from operational practices and prepares directives to eliminate such infractions.
- Reviews and replies to patient complaints and settlement of claims for conformance with company public relations policies and procedures.
- Inspects facilities for conformance with standards for cleanliness, appearance and need of repair or maintenance, and directs corrective measures required to meet standards.
- Work with challenging accounts to obtain appropriate documentation for billing.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
- Identifies new business development opportunities, understanding competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, and defining the market.
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of Clinical and/or sales experience preferably in the DME industry or a combination of education and experience.
- Valid MN driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Understands the DME market and home care settings preferred.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Working knowledge of Brightree software (desired but will train).
- Willing to travel.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation $70-80k per year
