The Smith is an extremely popular casual neighborhood brasserie – in fact, several of our locations are among the Top 100 busiest restaurants in the US! The Position: Restaurant Floor Manager
Managers will help drive restaurant operations. Managers must be committed to supporting an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture. They get pleasure out of making others happy, managing projects, and actively sharing feedback.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $75,000-$85,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, etc.
