Who we are looking for:We are seeking a Producing Area Manager who will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a servant's heart to our team of top-tier mortgage professionals. This professional will work in a tight-knit, goal-oriented team where our Customers and Referral Partners can rely on them to ensure an accurate and timely lending process. You will focus on growing our footprint, and coaching and developing existing and future Loan Officers to perform at the highest level.
What you'll do:
- Originate Loans by managing personal production pipeline (sourcing and closing loans) and managing the team pipeline of loans.
- Coaching existing loan officers to assist them in achieving their top potential within the Company.
- Recruiting LO candidates for the Region.
- Onboarding new LO candidates, including training in the Company's sales culture and disciplines and coaching to assist them in achieving their top potential within the Company.
- Assisting the Region with production and support strategies.
What you'll need to be successful:
Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) Safe License is required
- 5 years supervisory OR 2 years of management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
- Proficient in Sales
- Creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly communicate
- Must be appropriately licensed by the applicable regulator in each state in which he/she does licensable activities
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
