We are seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to join our team! The Client Onboarding Manager will lead and develop the onboarding team. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for clients while mitigating risk and appropriately guiding the team. This function engages our clients at the beginning of their Treasury Services relationship, but will also continue to engage and enhance our client relationship throughout the lifecycle of their relationship. You will have a direct impact on the onboarding and establishment of the entire Treasury Services suite of products ensuring smooth delivery to our clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury Onboarding Specialists to achieve positive performance results
  • Provide a highly personalized experience for all Treasury Services clients
  • Onboard and troubleshoot Treasury Services products for our clients
  • Monitors staff performance, and provides appropriate coaching, recognition, and feedback
  • Builds and maintain strong partnerships with Operations and Product Management to streamline our processes
  • Participates in partner meetings and communicates key Onboarding messages in a timely and accurate manner
  • Protects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Own the client onboarding program including the establishment of services
  • Project Management oversight in developing the onboarding program and client experience
  • Connects with and trains clients on new products or services
  • Manage client and department expectations by establishing reasonable timelines with the goal of exceeding expectations
  • Collaborate with Treasury Sales to accurately identify client needs
  • Must deal effectively with business banking customers, have a great deal of initiative and tact, and be fully aware of all BSA/AML requirements
  • Perform other duties as required

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 6 years of Treasury Management/Services experience
  • Detailed knowledge of onboarding Treasury Services products and an understanding of offering a “white glove” experience
  • Knowledge of treasury products and solutions
  • Highly motivated, independent worker within a team-oriented culture
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Ability to communicate and present to clients
  • Demonstrated ability to function as an extension of the sales team by enhancing the client experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or 10 years relevant work experience
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
