Who we are looking for:

We are searching for a Loan Analyst with strong time management skills, organization, good work ethic, and outstanding communication and customer service skills. This professional will work in a fast-paced environment with a tight-knit, goal-oriented team.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for communication with borrowers, operations staff, realtors, etc.
• Full application/1003 review
• Perform in-depth income and asset calculations
• Debt-to-income and credit analysis
• Run and analyze AUS results
• Knowledge of investor guidelines and loan standards
• Pre-underwrite loan applications
• In-depth review of all required documentation
• Maintain file notes of borrower information
• Request and follow up on required documentation from clients

What you’ll need to be successful:

Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Mortgage Lending experience
• Loan origination software experience
• NMLS license required
• Manufactured Home lending experience a plus
• Construction and One-time Close lending experience a plus
