CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Director of Digital Banking Operations Center for a highly regarded client in the credit union and banking industry. As Director of Digital Banking Operations Center, you will be responsible for managing the contact center operations consisting of Ecommerce digital team, loans teams, and customer service representative teams. You will also be implementing customer experience strategies through voice, chat, messaging, SMS, and AI channels. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of credit union and banking industry experience, leadership experience in a banking and call center operations environment, and background in developing and implementing digital banking strategies. Requirements for the Director of Digital Banking Operations Center:

• Must have at least 5 years’ credit union and banking industry experience

• Management experience in a banking and call center operations environment

• Bachelor's Degree in a similar field

• Extensive background in digital banking strategies

• Fintech/financial technology background is required

• Ecommerce background, preferably in a financial or lending setting

• Experience in car lending and credit card lending

• Ability to work fully on-site in Fort Worth

• Credit check will be conducted upon application

Compensation for the Director of Digital Banking Operations Center:

• Direct Hire

• Location: 100% on-site in Fort Worth, TX

• Pay: $135-140K/year (Plus Bonus)

• Schedule: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Monday-Friday
