We are currently looking for a Business Operations Manager for a small construction install company.
This position will report to ownership and will wear many hats of the organization. The individual will be responsible for the following:
- All HR functions -- recruiting and hiring all levels - sourcing, interviewing, job fairs, new hire paperwork and selection.
- Managing staff benefits, workers compensation claims, health insurance open enrollment, etc.
- Investigating and resolving employee issues and conflicts.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Planning/Organizing company events.
- Overseeing scheduling and production to ensure deadlines/budget goals are being met.
- Understanding general business operations to guide teams to meet the end goal.
- Contract and insurance administration, insurance audits, CCIP participation enrollment, etc.
- Oversee field operations.
