Job Duties
- Attend 'Weekly Resource Meeting' - Run down of all jobs current, upcoming. We cover equipment and Client needs as well as materials.
- Project Cost control
- Track invoices
- Check pricing
- Approve costs
- Play critical role in Project Startup:
- Coordinate with estimating department for project hand off
- Assist with product Submittal & samples.
- Create necessary safety package
- Source & Order materials Get preferred pricing and set up Purchase Orders
- Create Project Info Sheets for Foreman/Super
- Print Drawings & Disseminate Pertinent Job Information
- Develop Work Plans
- Review 'Work Up' (Estimate) to confirm material needs
- Enter VA One Calls / Miss Utility
- Coordinate and schedule Deliveries.
- Keep running inventory of backstock material at shop order as necessary:
- Daily scheduling as communicated with General Superintendent, materials allocation, working with the General Superintendents to make sure the projects have the needed materials/ equip.
- Equipment Move Sheet/Scheduling To Be Sent Out to Operations weekly.
- Update 'Equipment Locator' report weekly.
- Update/maintain project Smartsheet
- Site visits Being visible to Foreman, confirming they are ahead of the curve on material and equipment needs.
- Stay in constant communication with Operations Team
