- Identify discrepancies, conduct necessary research and communicate with vendors or internal teams to rectify invoice discrepancies
- Apply critical thinking skills to analyze and solve invoice issues efficiently
- Participate in special projects from the Accounts Receivable (A/R) group based on workload and individual capability
- Previous experience in invoice verification, accounts payable/receivable, or a related finance role
