What You’ll Do:
Client Engagement:
- Conduct in-person visits daily, focusing on business leaders.
- Perform daily/weekly cold calls to discover new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Schedule daily telemarketing calls to secure appointments with potential clients.
- Secure new business meetings each week.
- Understand client needs and present CornerStone’s solutions using engaging brochures and presentations.
- Develop compelling proposals and follow up diligently to secure new business.
- Host prospective or existing clients monthly with activities like meals, sporting events, concerts, and more!
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, account management or business development with strong tenure.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
