Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager!
Location: Southlake, Texas
Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional looking to make a significant impact? CornerStone Staffing is excited to invite you to join our team as a Business Development Manager! We're searching for someone passionate about business development and client relationships to help us grow!
What You'll Do:
Client Engagement:
- Make an average of fifteen in-person calls daily, targeting Human Resource Leaders and Department Managers.
- Conduct daily/weekly cold calls to uncover new business opportunities within your defined territory.
- Schedule daily telemarketing calls to set appointments with prospective clients.
- Secure an average of two new business appointments per week.
- Assess client needs and present CornerStone’s solutions through engaging brochures and PowerPoint presentations.
- Craft compelling proposals and follow up diligently to win new business.
- Respond swiftly to RFPs to capture potential opportunities.
- Entertain prospective or existing clients once a month with meals, sporting events, concerts, and more!
Achieve and Excel:
- Meet and exceed your territory quota objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure excellent service delivery by monitoring open orders, candidate submittals, callouts, associate issues, and turnover daily.
- Serve as a critical liaison between clients and our recruiting team.
Be a CornerStone Ambassador:
- Embody and display our core values in everything you do.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in sales or business development, preferably in staffing or a related industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A knack for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
