Job Title : Permit / Construction Admin

Pay Range : $23.50 / HR *DIRECT HIRE*

Shift : M-F 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities :

Obtain necessary zoning entitlements and construction permits for wireless telecommunication and electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects.

Manage internal and external databases in order to track project statuses

Utilize Geographic Information System (GIS) maps and jurisdictional websites

Analyze jurisdiction ordinances to support Land Use Planner on zoning regulations

Manage zoning and permitting timelines related to permit applications

Communication with the jurisdictions and internal / external teams

Initiate daily FedEx, certified and standard mailers and corresponding tracking reports scan, title, and upload document

Requirements

Knowledge of zoning regulations and local jurisdictions

Strong administrative experience with a city or construction company
