Base Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 per year
Are you a motivated, ethical, and tenacious sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity?
Responsibilities
- Inspect Roofs: Check residential roofs for damage.
- Create Quotes: Provide accurate and competitive quotes for customers.
- Work with Insurance: Help customers with their insurance claims, collections and other administrative needs as well.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals.
- Comfortable with Heights: Okay with climbing ladders and working on roofs.
- Organized: Good time management and organizational skills. Work independently without much oversight.
- Driven: Persistent in pursuing leads and referrals.
- Competitive Salary: $35K - $40K per year, plus commission.
- Independence: Minimal micromanagement, allowing you to take ownership of your role.
- High Earnings: Potential to earn 6 figures with commissions. 1st year minimum expectation would be $75K-$85K OTE
