Description
POSITION : Training Specialist
DEPARTMENT : Collaborative Learning & Training (KCK Location)
Starting Salary : $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 (Annually)
Starting salary depends on education and experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES : The position is responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of the training and coaching for employees, resource parents, and community partners through in-person, virtual, and online methodology.
In collaboration with the training team, this position will ensure that staff has the skills and support needed to deliver high-quality services to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS : This position will require a Master's degree in a field related to Social Work, Healthcare, or Education and One (1) to three (3) years of experience.
Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
