What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Client Services Manager. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will manage productivity, professionalism, and the overall development of Account Managers. The Client Services Manager is responsible for ensuring Account Managers are consulting and providing service to the high standards CLC holds. The Client Services Manager will help ensure that all teams within the Account Management department are working for the benefit of CLC, its employees, and its customers. In addition, the Client Services Manager will participate in a variety of projects, work groups, and events based on department and company needs. You will report directly to the SVP, of Client Services. How We Work As a Client Services Manager, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in Lexington, KY office Company-issued equipment Role Responsibilities Maintaining and developing relationships between Account Managers and Clients.Managing Account Managers in their responsibilities to hold a full knowledge base on their clients. Coordinating and delivering superior service daily for each team’s clients, while providing seamless coverage for all accounts. All client issues are addressed and resolved promptly. Proving accuracy in all client activity, along with a superior level of service. Ensuring and monitoring that clients consistently receive a high level of service and that all reservations are in line with CLC standards and goals. Monitoring and tracking the profitability of accounts. Monitoring and tracking the production of accounts; this includes but is not limited to, total room nights, revenue, income, income per block, income per reservation, decline %, etc. Ensuring that Account Managers have a complete knowledge base on their accounts, that include but are not limited to, room night count, revenue, income, income per block, decline %, etc. Maintaining and developing the Account Manager's performance, which includes client retention, professionalism, attendance, attitude, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, communication, monthly calls, etc. Ensuring all team members are fully trained in all aspects of their role. Conducting consistent one-on-ones with staff; at least monthly. Conducting consistent monthly reviews with staff. Recapping productivity of all assigned accounts and monitoring trends for reports. Working with the Director of Client Relations to provide needed and current training for the department. Participating and/or coordinating projects, workgroups, and events. Identifying opportunities for coaching and counseling of Account Managers. Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or GEDBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred. 3 years of hands-on operational experience at Creative Lodging Consultants3-5 years of previous account management or supervisor experience. Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. Critical thinker with the ability to address business issues keeping the entire business in focus. Subject matter expert for all policies and procedures within CLS. Proven strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Notable successes in collaborating to achieve winning outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook. Solid people management skills in goal setting, delegating, and coaching.
