What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Field Sales Representative for BP based in Milwaukee, WI. This position falls within our North America Fleet (NAF) line of business and reports to the Senior Director, Business Development - North America Partner (NAP). In this role, you will market and sell our industry leading fuel card/purchasing solutions within this market and regularly collaborate with the Fleet field sales team.

How We WorkAs a Field Sales Representative, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment from this market. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Company-issued equipment remote access
- Formal, hands-on training
- Monthly home internet stipend
- Prospecting via phone, cold call canvasing, email and social media to set appointments with prospective clients
- Conducting effective sales calls that first identify prospective customers goals, challenges and needs and culminate in the recommendation of an appropriate Fuel Card solution to meet those needs
- Managing new customers on-boarding process
- Maintaining balanced pipeline of prospective accounts
- Reporting sales-related activities within Salesforce CRM
- 3 years of successful field/outside sales in a B2B environment, specifically generating new business not account management
- College degree preferred
- Proven track record of prospecting/self-sourcing new appointments and leads
- Effective time and sales territory management experience
- Excellent sales call management, presentation and closing skills
- Strong Business Acumen
- Experience and passion for selling in the SMB / SME space
- Self-Motivation and ability to work independently
- Home office experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Must be proficient in using sales automation tools (Salesforce.com, ACT, etc.)
