Senior Quality Assurance Manager What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Quality Assurance Manager within our Payments division. In this role, they will lead a group of Test Leads and Test Engineers and be ultimately responsible for test planning, test execution and delivery of all QA and testing activities as part of new product launches and integration projects.The person will drive adoption of test automation across application portfolios to improve time to market and enhance test coverage. Provide technical and process guidance to other QA staff. Promote wider adoption of testing processes and tools across various projects to bring consistency and repeatability among various projectsHow We WorkAs a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will be expected to work in a Hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned virtual workspace Company-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on training Monthly home internet stipendRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement the overall test strategy for the project or organization, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Team Management: Lead and manage the QA test team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of team members.Quality Assurance Oversight: Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, ensuring that testing activities adhere to established standards, procedures, and methodologies.Risk Assessment: identify, assess, prioritize risks related to software quality and testing, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.Test Planning and Execution: Develop detailed test plans and schedules and coordinate the execution of tests across different phases of the software development lifecycle.Defect Management: Establish processes for defect tracking, reporting, and resolution, and ensure that defects are managed effectively throughout the testing lifecycle.Communication and Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders.Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of testing efforts and provide regular reports and updates to management and stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team, including process improvements, tool enhancements, and skills development.Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach to testing, ensuring that software meets user requirements and delivers a high-quality user experience.Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination within the QA team and across the organization, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Delegate testing tasks to your team & oversee all testing operations.Automate as much of the QA and testing process as possible.Report issues back to the development team and look for resolutions.Qualifications & Skills10 years’ hands on experience in the software-testing field including at least 3 years of project management experience.Atlassian, AWS / DevOps and open source automation tools, frameworks IntegrationSelenium, winium, Rest Assured, Postman, Appium, Android Studio, Locust & JMeter.tools experience.Android and iOS mobile testing experienceHands on experience in customizing framework, develop scripts and give demos to internal stakeholders.Experience in Jenkins/GitOps to build schedule jobs and on demand jobsStrong experience in GITLabExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Hires and trains quality assurance staff.Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.Benefits & PerksMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerCorpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
