We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and overall experience at our Salon and Spa. Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about Salon and Spa services
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-presented

Requirements:

- Must be able to work in both our Peoria and Washington Salon

- Must be graduated from high school!
- Previous experience in Salon/Spa customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
