- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business goals.
- Should have at least 2 S/4 implementation experience.
- Configure SAP PM/EAM modules based on business requirements, including but not limited to equipment master data, maintenance planning, work order management, and preventive maintenance.
- Develop functional specifications, test plans, and documentation for SAP PM/EAM implementations and enhancements.
- Provide expertise and guidance to business users on SAP PM/EAM functionality, best practices, and system capabilities.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective utilization of SAP PM/EAM systems.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP PM/EAM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP developers, Basis administrators, and business analysts to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Stay current with SAP PM/EAM trends, updates, and new features to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
