The Role at a glance :
We are looking to add a motivated food service worker to our Corporate Chefs team at Hugh Leatherman Terminal at SCPA in North Charleston, SC.
As a food service worker, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks, learn a variety of skills, and interact with a diverse clientele daily in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing :
This role will be Mon-Fri with a shift of 7 AM - 3 : 30 PM. Must have valid Driver's License and able to drive a van. In house and off-site position.
Prepare salads, sandwiches; cook fries, tenders, burgers, etc. Load hot boxes with daily entree, put in van, drive to location (10 or 20 minutes away) unload, set up and serve lunch.
Clean area, pack up, re-load van and return to main kitchen. Wash up pans.
What we're looking for :
Must-haves :
- Must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills.
- Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge.
- Have excellent communication and organization skills.
- Must have valid Driver's License and able to drive a van.
Nice-to-haves :
Prior food service experience is preferred.
Compensation : $17 / hour
