- Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- 5 years experience in the fitness industry
- 5 years supervisory experience required; experience managing multiple client sites preferred
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, In-person skills component required
- ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification
- $26.44 - $27.88/hr.

- Oversee operations for a multi-site program
- Work with the client to achieve establish goals
- Lead ongoing client communication including, reports and meetings
- Manage facility budgets for supplies, programming and group exercise
- Monitor and evaluate all aspects of the program to ensure program success
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement
- Supervise all facility staff and provide ongoing training and growth opportunities
- Ensure an exceptional member experience at all locations.
- Lead the development of an annual program plan to ensure ongoing member engagement
- Implement innovative programs to achieve goals and track ongoing progress
- Lead member recruiting efforts and participate in the membership enrollment process
- Oversee day-to-day fitness center operations
- Interact with client and members; establish mutually beneficial relationships
- Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of equipment
- Develop safe and effective exercise programs; provide general supervision
- Teach new and innovative group exercise classes
- A positive attitude, and are willing to have fun in a professional manner
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that help build meaningful relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers; Word, Excel, Canva and PowerPoint
