Due to our company's rapid growth, our company has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Accounting Specialist. Responsibilities:

• Handle the standard A/R process experience and assist with the payroll and A/P process as well
• Responsible for keeping accurate journal entries for transactions
• Generate monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements and reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices and other accounts receivable activity
• Generate cash flow reports
• Email statements and collect on accounts by sending overdue invoices and communicating with customers as needed
• Process bank reconciliations and maintains other balance sheet records
• Maintain files and spreadsheets for daily financial business operations
• Process purchase orders and inventory
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Process bi-weekly employee payroll, including state taxes, deductions, direct deposits, certified payroll reporting and financial liability statements
• Interact professionally and positively with customers and colleagues

Qualifications:

• 1 years of A/R experience is required, A/P, and Payroll experience is a plus
• An excellent eye for detail
