We are looking for a motivated Event Coordinator to organize outstanding and unforgettable events. You will be responsible for every part of event preparations and should be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of vendor management. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management
• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy aimed at promoting our clients' events, increasing attendance, and enhancing overall participant experience
• Create and manage event budgets to ensure that all expenses are within allocated resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute event programs, including coordinating speakers, managing logistics, and overseeing on-site operations
• Serve as the main point of contact for event participants, vendors, and sponsors, providing stellar customer service and ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience planning corporate events
• Comfortable with regular domestic travel
• Able to work on the weekends for specific events
• Drive with the ability to multi-task
