We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to provide professional, quality service to our existing customers. The Customer Account Specialist will be responsible for the customer order process, answering inquiries, providing quotes, and clarifications, as well as post-order follow-ups regarding tracking and updates. Responsibilities:

• Verify and enter incoming orders for current customers including price, lead time, and delivery schedule
• Provide timely quotations for product inquiries, while confirming product availability, part number accuracy and customer specific discounting
• Assist customers with new and existing accounts, website navigation billing and shipping issues
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our product line to better aid with customer’s selection
• Research and resolve order discrepancies, or file report if issue exceeds guidelines
• Participate in goal projects while maintaining daily workload; attend monthly meetings regarding improving processes and office efficiency

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of experience in a customer service role within a corporate environment (manufacturing industry preferred)
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks for timely completion
• Communicate complex ideas and solutions in a simplified fashion
• Ability to establish and maintain pleasant interpersonal relationships
