We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to provide professional, quality service to our existing customers. The Customer Account Specialist will be responsible for the customer order process, answering inquiries, providing quotes, and clarifications, as well as post-order follow-ups regarding tracking and updates. If you like a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute in a positive, upbeat workplace, we want to hear from you!
