Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of one location, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
• Directly manage the Customer Service Manager, Warehouse Manager and Supervisor, and Administrative Specialist.
• Oversee the Customer Service Manager to ensure the customer service team delivers exceptional service, addressing and resolving customer issues promptly.
• Oversee leadership of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, providing strong leadership and support to your team.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Reviews monthly financial statements, identifies budget variances, and collaborates with the VP of Operations and Regional Manager on capital expenditures and annual budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Oversee all supply chain activities, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations.
• Work with leadership to manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary components while minimizing excess stock.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, warehouse layout, and space utilization.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize data analytics and industry benchmarks to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience
• Experience in distribution industry strongly preferred, manufacturing considered.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
