Human Resources Generalist – Wheeling, IL
$75,000 - $85,000/Annually

Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop and improve training programs to enhance organizational understanding and performance
- Consult with both employees and management on HR practices and implement changes as necessary
- Manage key vendor relationships, association affiliations and other niche recruiting sources
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment by generating a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates through postings, associations, referrals, networking groups, research, social media and internet searches
- Coordinate and conduct interviews to isolate top talent
- Assist in employee relations investigations
- Provide training to managers on effective interviewing and employee engagement
- Facilitate programs to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas in which our organization can improve
Human Resources Generalist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or related field
- 4 plus years’ experience in a human resources role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Paylocity a plus
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
