Receptionist/Bookkeeper with MYOB

We arelooking for a Receptionist/ Bookkeeper with MYOB for one of our clients.You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records, and buildingstrong relationships internally and externally.

Job type- Parttime (At least 32hr/week)

Joblocation- Blacktown, Sydney

Studentvisas will not be suitable for this role unfortunately

Responsibilities:

Reception/Office Admin Duties: 

  • Deliver professional telecommunicationservices, including a high-efficiency telephone answering service, ensuringrapid response rates as per standard
  • Manage voicemail communications effectively, ensuring messages are relayed or transferredaccurately and promptly
  • Coordinatetravel and accommodation arrangements for the team, utilizing the latest travelmanagement software for efficiency and compliance
  • Oversee themaintenance of the reception area, kitchen, washrooms, and common spaces toensure they are tidy, organized, and professional
  • Handle dailyreception responsibilities, such as sorting and distributing mail, andcoordinating postal and courier services to meet deadlines

Bookkeeping Duties: 

  • Perform dataentry and database management using MYOB
  • Manage accountsreceivable, accounts payable and reconciliation
  • Assist Accountantwith invoicing and debt collection activities
  • Developinginternal management reports

 Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Receptionist/ OfficeAdministrator or similar role
  • Strong customer service skills withboth dealings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in bookkeeping using MYOB
  • Excellent communication skills –verbal and written
