Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all aspects of residential construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Assist in conducting regular site inspections and quality audits to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
• Assist in resolving conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
• Support project managers in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and forecasting costs.
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing project-related materials.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in residential construction or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
