Job Description
•Contributes to the Human Resources department by working on short term projects involving benefits, recruitment, communications, or employee engagement.
•Participates in discussions concerning process improvements with the department.
•Other duties as assigned
The pay rate is $15 an Hour.
Qualifications
•Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work positively with internal and external customers.
•Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
•Excellent organization and project management skills
•Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
•Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
•Ability to juggle and manage competing tasks and demands and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
•Ability to make sound judgements and take the initiative to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and make decisions/choices within the functional area of responsibility with minimal direct supervision
•Regular and punctual attendance.
Knowledge, Education and or Experience required:
•Seeking an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
•HRCI or SHRM certification a plus
•Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
