RN Supervisor (Evenings)

Correctional Psychiatric Services-Correctional Healthcare at Suffolk County’s Nashua Street Jail is seeking a full time evening RN supervisor.

We are seeking professional, hardworking, and caring candidates. The Nurse Supervisor provides direct nursing care and oversight in a correctional setting and follows and maintains security requirements.

Correctional nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team providing medical and mental health treatment. Correctional nursing provides an opportunity to develop a broad spectrum of nursing skills providing treatment in the areas of emergency medicine, chronic disease, detoxification, mental illness and prenatal care.
