Job Overview:The primary function of the Parts Clerk is to work in our Tank Services Parts Warehouse working with all aspects of the inventory. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Department Manager.

Job Overview:The primary function of the Parts Clerk is to work in our Tank Services Parts Warehouse working with all aspects of the inventory. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Department Manager.
Primary Duties:
- Stocking shelves, stock rotation, restocking and stock relocation
- Receiving, shipping and transferring parts, components, materials and supplies
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of inventory
- Perform cycle counts and full inventory audits
- Perform service truck inventory on a regular basis
- Assist technicians in maintaining rolling stocks
- Report findings and make recommendations for improvement to management
- Prepare parts for upcoming jobs
- Ensure accurate and immediate allocation of parts to work orders
- Maintain stock at remote locations
- Demonstrate professionalism; be always courteous and friendly to customers and co-workers
- Regular and reliable attendance and presence at work
- Regular interaction with peers on-site, including face-to-face meetings and spontaneous conferences
- Operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Follow company quality, safety, and environmental guidelines as well as employee handbook policies.
- Perform any duties as may be assigned
- Computer Skills (Excel / Microsoft Word / Outlook)
- Pass pre-employment 7-year criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience
- 1 years’ inventory clerk experience or similar role.
