Position Summary:

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent to meet the hiring needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand talent requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilizing various channels and tools, you will proactively search for candidates, build talent pipelines, and maintain a strong network of potential candidates. Your goal is to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates to support the organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing:
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
    • Conduct thorough research to uncover passive candidates and niche talent pools.
    • Engage with potential candidates through personalized messages and communication strategies to generate interest in job opportunities.
    • Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  2. Talent Mapping and Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscapes, and talent availability.
    • Develop comprehensive talent maps and competitive intelligence reports to inform sourcing strategies.
    • Identify emerging talent trends and proactively propose innovative sourcing approaches.
  3. Collaboration and Relationship Building:
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes and enhance sourcing efficiency.
  4. Brand Promotion and Candidate Engagement:
    • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's employer brand and value proposition to potential candidates.
    • Develop engaging content and messaging to attract candidates and differentiate the organization in the talent market.
    • Leverage employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and build a strong talent community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a talent sourcing specialist, recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and build relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sourcing targets and delivering high-quality talent.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative sourcing approaches.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five (5) years of experience recruiting salaried and hourly manufacturing talent in either a contingency, retained agency, or corporate recruitment environment
