SAP Financial Analyst - System Implementation
Curtiss-Wright, Defense Electronics, a global leader in defense technologies, is seeking a skilled SAP S/4 Hana Financial Analyst with expertise in system implementation. As a key contributor to our finance team, you will be responsible for driving the successful integration and optimization of SAP financial systems for our defense-related projects.

Your Challenge:
1. Provide expertise in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4 Hana Finance modules (FI and CO) to align with business requirements.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and project management, to ensure seamless system integration.
3. Conduct thorough system analysis and testing to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.
4. Provide expertise in SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Develop and deliver end-user training programs to enhance system understanding and utilization.
6. Serve as a liaison between finance end-users and IT teams to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
7. Stay current with SAP updates and industry trends, incorporating best practices into system implementations.
What You Bring
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an SAP Financial Analyst with a focus on successful system implementations.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance modules, including SAP FI and CO.
4. Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet timelines and deliver high-quality results.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
6. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset to drive process improvements.
7. SAP certifications and familiarity with defense industry requirements are advantageous.
