Overview Description:

• This position works with Project Managers to manage documentation required for Compliance Project Support. This position will serve as the single point of contact and primary technical subject matter resource for managing and tracking project documentation.

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

• Ability to read, understand, and apply complex Information Protection document marking policies and procedures. (such as federal document marking requirements).
• Advanced knowledge of Visio and/or other flowchart tools sufficient to create complex process, workflow, hierarchal, and swim lane documentation.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Expert proficiency in writing technical reports.
• Experience using SharePoint, sufficient to manage documents, develop content, create lists, links, and libraries, assist with site and/or folder permissions, etc.
• Proficient in the use of ProjectWise and Procore.
• Experience documenting processes.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge and experience with federal government Information Protection policies and procedures such as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and the CUI Marking Guide.
• Experience in utilizing a requirements management tool.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

**This position requires reporting onsite, Vancouver, WA office 3 days per 2 weeks period**
